In which currency will my transaction be processed?

All transactions are securely processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). For international clientele, your financial institution will automatically calculate the prevailing exchange rate at the moment of checkout.

What is the timeline for order dispatch and transit?

As a house dedicated to precision, please allow 24 to 48 hours for our atelier to process and prepare your order for secure dispatch. Due to our highly curated, demand-controlled global distribution, standard international transit operates on a timeline of 7 to 10 business days. For remote international territories, logistics may require up to 21 business days.

When will I receive my tracking credentials?

A dedicated tracking number will be assigned and updated within your client profile 3 to 5 business days following dispatch. Should you require bespoke tracking assistance after this window, please contact our concierge team at concierge@craftedforcomfort.com.au.

Returns & Material Guarantees

What is the House policy regarding returns and exchanges?

We hold our craftsmanship to an uncompromising standard. In the exceptional event that a garment arrives with a structural defect or damage, we offer a complimentary 100% material guarantee within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, items must be dispatched to our facility in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure your name and unique order reference are clearly enclosed within the parcel.

Please note: Orders currently in transit cannot be modified or refunded until the physical package has been received and inspected at our facility.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Am I permitted to cancel or alter an order?

Modifications or cancellations are accommodated seamlessly and without penalty, provided the request is received before the order departs our facility. If your pieces have already been dispatched, please utilize our standard returns framework upon arrival.

I have submitted an incorrect delivery address. How may I rectify this?

Accuracy in delivery logistics is paramount. If you detect an error in your shipping details, simply reply directly to your order confirmation or notify us within 24 hours. After this 24-hour window, the order enters our automated logistics stream, and modifications can no longer be guaranteed.
