RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for a successful return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be entirely unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original pristine condition.

  • Packaging: All original tags must remain securely attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Proof: A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation email must be included.

⚠️ Please Note: Items sent back outside of this 14-day window or those failing to meet these strict safety and quality standards will not be accepted.

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES (AUSTRALIA)

Australian customers are fully eligible for returns and exchanges within our standard 14-day window.

  • Refund Returns: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The flat cost of this return label will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Exchanges: If you choose to exchange an item, the replacement item will be shipped back out to you entirely free of charge.

  • The Fastest Way to Exchange: To guarantee your desired size, color, or style is in stock before it sells out, we highly recommend returning your original item for a refund and immediately placing a brand-new order on our website.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers shopping outside of Australia are eligible to request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Shipping Costs: International customers are solely responsible for organizing and paying for all return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, if your order is shipped to a country within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for this statutory cancellation, the items must remain completely unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE EXCLUSIONS

For health, hygiene, and promotional reasons, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Clearance, sale, or specially discounted items.

  • Products marked as "Final Sale".

  • Underwear, intimates, or hygiene-sensitive garments.

  • Gift cards.

  • Bundled offers or "Buy One, Get One" promotional packages.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
